Office Manager – Customer Services Experience
This autonomous role will be responsible for providing administration support for the overall business while adding capacity to the team by handing inquiries and managing customers day to day queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound inquiries from both new and existing customers and following up on them as appropriate.
- Maintaining a high level of detail and keeping the database and relevant records up to date.
- Maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers via calls and emails.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
- Preparing customer reports.
- Preparing Management reports and presentations.
- Updating the website gallery, eBay store and administration on other online sites
- Assisting with general office management duties including HR records, contract documents, vendor credit records etc.
- Managing Office supplies.
- Additional duties or projects as requested by the Team Leader/Manager.
The ideal candidate would have:
- 3rd level qualification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong computer applications skills – including MS Office packages.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Be results-oriented with a track record of assisting the team achieve their sales targets.
- Comfortable administrating and communicating within a technical environment.

Electronics Bench Repair Positions
We have several vacancies for suitably experienced persons to join our technical team working on the bench debugging, repairing & testing a broad variety of Electrical/Electronic equipment. The Equipment typically ranges from Power Supplies (SMP’s) and Power Inverters to Servo Drives/Motors, Digital & Analog Circuit Boards, PLC Controllers, Single Board Computers (SBC’s), HMI’s & Touch controllers and various other pieces of Industrial Electronic equipment.
The role is primarily to work on the bench using our unique systems to debug, repair and test various equipment at component level. The Equipment typically ranges from Circuit Boards to Power Supplies (SMP’s), and various other Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Devices.

Skill Requirements
- Diagnosing and Repairing on the bench Faulty Industrial Electronic Equipment at Full Component level.
- Identifying through iterative debug the root cause components related to the fault.
- Detailing appropriate corrective actions required including identifying suitable replacement parts.
- Soldering, reworking and replacement all necessary components to IPC Standards.
- Updating the in-house tracking system to outline the steps & all technical activity.
The ideal candidate should have Skills & Experience in some of the following:
- Have a natural talent and knowledge of working on the Bench repairing electronics and/or Electro-Mechanical Devices at the Full Component Level.
- Qualified in an Electronic/Electrical Engineering discipline and have several years hands on experience.
- Have knowledge of repairing Circuit Boards, IT Equipment, Power supplies (SMP’s), and or Electro-Mechanical devices at Component level.
- Have expertise in high quality rework/repair (to IPC standards) on SMT & PTH devices.
- Fluent/advanced written and spoken English.
