Inside Sales / Account Manager

This autonomous role will be responsible for expanding our offerings to both existing and new customers. Additionally, you will work alongside the current team providing sales, customer service and marketing support. The role is primarily to add capacity to the existing team working with our business customers to offer a broader range of services and options.

About the Role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to:

  • Drive business development through cold calling and lead generation.
  • Handling inbound inquiries from both new and existing customers and following up on them as appropriate.
  • Manage new and existing accounts to foster growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and suppliers via calls and emails.
  • Update our website, eBay store, and other online platforms.
  • Prepare reports and collaborate on marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, including cold calling and meeting targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of technical services, electronic repair, or factory automation (preferred).

Accounting Technician -Part Time

We have a vacancy for a suitably qualified (ATI or equivalent) and experienced person to provide Bookkeeping support to the Team. This role would suit a well organised, highly Computer Literate individual who has an interest/experience performing Accounts work and General Management Administration within an Engineering Services Business.

The role involves:

  • ATI or equivalent qualification
  • Using SAGE or similar package to fulfill the main duties of the Bookkeeping function including –
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts – Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss,
  • Process Bank entries and Bank reconciliations,
  • Handle accounts receivable / payable,
  • Debtor follow up and management
  • Dealing with customer/supplier queries
  • Solving issues on imports/exports
  • Handling credit applications
  • Handling VAT returns
  • Dealing with year end accounts
  • Providing feedback and analysis to Management through ad hoc reporting and data analysis.
  • Providing General Office support to the Team
  • Other tasks and activities as they arise.

The ideal candidate should have Skills & Experience in some of the following:

  • Several years’ standalone experience working with SAGE or a similar accounts package in a bookkeeping role.
  • Several years’ experience working with the Irish tax System.
  • Good planning and organisation skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong customer services skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills including high competence in Excel.
  • Appropriate educational qualifications to be competent from an early stage in the role.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English essential.

IT Equipment Repair Person

We have a vacancy for a suitably qualified person to work with the team diagnosing and resolving problems on faulty IT Equipment.

The role also involves repairing Industrial Computers such as Servers, SBC ‘s and other computer-based hardware and Equipment fast and efficiently. It also involves working in the Lab Recovering & Restoring Data using Professional Advanced Tools and providing Technical Support for the Companies’ IT Infrastructure and Computer User Application issues.

Experience with IT Equipment Support and Computer Application across multiple platforms, as well as Data Recovery & Extraction Techniques, are essential.

This Role would be of interest to persons who have software and hands on practical hardware skills and are looking for an opportunity to develop their career within a Professional Services Environment.

The role would suit a person who possesses

  • Capability of installing software on a variety of hardware platforms
  • Knowledge & experience working with Various OS and File systems
  • Knowledge of file transfer/copying and Disk Imaging across multiple Media types
  • Knowledge of Data recovery Techniques
  • Experience repairing and configuring -Servers, SBC’s, Portable devices etc.
  • Experience soldering Wires, PTH and SMT components to IPC standards.
  • Experience supporting users with regular computer usage issues
  • Strong Computer Applications Skills
  • A natural interest/flair for working within a Technical Services Environment
  • Capable of Multitasking and be well organized
  • Commercially aware and sensitive to deadlines

  • Debugging, Repairing and Testing IT Equipment across multiple platforms
  • Soldering Wires, PTH and SMT components to IPC standards
  • Data Recovery & Extraction using professional tools
  • Working with/loading Various Operating Systems and solving OS Driver problems.
  • User Applications Support
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English essential
  • Ability to Commute Daily 8.30 to 17.00 to Glasnevin, Dublin 11.

Electronics Bench Repair Persons

We are looking for suitably experienced persons to join our technical team working on the bench debugging, repairing & testing a broad variety of Electrical/Electronic equipment. The Equipment typically ranges from Power Supplies (SMP’s) and Power Inverters to Servo Drives/Motors, Digital & Analog Circuit Boards, PLC Controllers, Single Board Computers (SBC’s), HMI’s & Touch controllers and various other pieces of Industrial Electronic equipment.

The role is primarily to work on the bench using our unique systems to debug, repair and test various equipment at component level. The Equipment typically ranges from Circuit Boards to Power Supplies (SMP’s), and various other Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Devices.

Skill Requirements

  • Diagnosing and Repairing on the bench Faulty Industrial Electronic Equipment at Full Component level.
  • Identifying through iterative debug the root cause components related to the fault.
  • Detailing appropriate corrective actions required including identifying suitable replacement parts.
  • Soldering, reworking and replacement all necessary components to IPC Standards
  • Updating the in-house tracking system to outline the steps & all technical activity.

The ideal candidate should have Skills & Experience in some of the following:

  • Have a natural talent and knowledge of working on the Bench repairing electronics and/or Electro-Mechanical Devices at the Full Component Level.
  • Qualified in an Electronic/Electrical Engineering discipline and have several years hands on experience.
  • Have knowledge of repairing Circuit Boards, IT Equipment, Power supplies (SMP’s), and or Electro-Mechanical devices at Component level.
  • Have expertise in high quality rework/repair (to IPC standards) on SMT & PTH devices.
  • Fluent/advanced written and spoken English.
